GES invites Teacher Unions Amidst Their Strike Action
The management of Ghana Education Service has invited all teacher unions to discuss the development and way forward of the teacher unions.
“The management of GES has read from the media that the various Unions In the Pre-Teritay Education sector have declared withdrawal of service with immediate effect,” they stated
In line with that, the management has invited the leadership of teacher unions to discuss the way forward and also tasked all Heads of Senior High Schools to ensue the safety and well being of all students in schools.
Parents are advised to remain calm and also be assured that GES will closely monitor the issue at hand and being new developments accordingly.
Regional and District Directors are to ensure all Basic Schools are in session
