Often, women are seen as the weaker gender hence are sometimes denied the opportunity to do extraordinary works which the public classify as ” male dominated”. Women are perceived weak hearted and less vibrant as compared to the opposite sex due to the naturally endowed trait God has bestowed on every woman, the ” the motherly instinct”.

Until the call for women empowerment across the globe, there were just a few women in power. This to the fact that, a lot of people believe that the men can do it better. When it comes to politics, administration, among others, few women are seen.

On this note, and in joyous voice, wish to celebrate the women in power, in particular to the ” women at the helm of affairs in our colleges of education and leading the transformational agenda”
These strong women in power are audacious, brave and change makers. They are wonderful role models to the young girls out there. They are the epitome of beauty with brains.
