Newly Posted Teacher Dies After Bone Stuck Her Throat Whilst Eating

Death is inevitable but how it occurs in some cases is so mysterious.

A suspicious death has been reported for a teacher who was 24 years old.

A bone she swallowed while eating killed Madam Akosua Afriyie, a recently posted teacher at Winsa D/A primary in the Atwinma Kwanwoma district.

According to sources, Madam Akosua made a decision to go shopping for food preparation supplies on Friday, October 7, 2022, but she later changed her mind and went to a salon to wash her hair.

“After she had done washing her hair, she bought food and ate at the saloon area, but sadly for her, a bone lodged in her throat. They tried to help and remove the bone, but she collapsed, so they sent her to the hospital, where she died.”

According to her brother, a doctor’s autopsy report reveals that she had no medical issues. He spoke to Ghanakasiebo.com.

Information that has reached us suggests that she hasn’t even gone to the bank for a withdrawal since their six months’ income arrived.
