NUGS PRESIDENT LEAVES TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
The National Union of Ghana Students’ President has left Ghana to the United Nations of America (USA).
The president of over 10 million students in Ghana; Mr Dennis Appiah Larbi-Ampofo (popularly called Nya Gyedie) leaves for the USA on mission of extending his leadership to other Ghanaian students situated in other States.

A communiqué emanating from the National Secretariat of the union, on today, Friday, 16th September states that the president travelled to the USA.
In the release, it was made known that Mr. Dennis Appiah Larbi-Ampofo left Ghana on Thursday, 15th September, 2022. His mission is to pay an official working visit to the United States of America (USA) as part of the Transforming Education Summit during the UN General Assembly in New York.
Coupled with this, as part of his visit, the president is expected to engage some key institutions and prospective partners of the Union.
Moreso, Mr. Dennis Appiah Larbi-Ampofo will use the opportunity to engage some Ghanaian student groups in some selected States.
The president of the Union is expected back in Ghana on 28th September, 2022.

1.The President of the National Union of Ghana Students (NUGS) Mr. Dennis Appiah Larbi Ampofo, on Thursday, 15th September, 2022, left Ghana for an official working visit to the United State of America (USA) as part of the Transforming Education Summit during the UN General Assembly in New York.
2. President Dennis Appiah Larbi-Ampofo as part of his visit, is expected to engage some key institutions and prospective partners of the Union.
3. He will also take the opportunity to interact with some Ghanaian student groups in some selected states.
4. The President is expected to arrive in Ghana on 28th September, 2022.
