Settle Your Bills or Get Sacked – Principal Warn Teacher Trainees
The students of the Agona College of Education have been threatened by their Principal, Dr. Peter Ofori Attakorah over the non-payment of school fees.
The statement was made known to the Level 300s of the college.

According to him, it was revealed after an investigation and research which stated that students spent their fees In sports betting, booking hotels with their girlfriends, and also investing fees in unprofitable online businesses.
He revealed that an amount of GHC500.000.00 has been owed by the students who are yet to clear their debts in the school.
The Principal made it clear that, except the Level 100s, the rest continuing students are in debts due to the misuse of fees given them for payment.
He added “some of them have spent the money their parents gave them to pay fees mostly on sports betting, while others on irresponsible lifestyle.
He cried bitterly how the school face financial constraints due to their lackadaisical attitude towards payment of fees by student.
By this notice, students who owe the school has therefore been given one-week deadline to settle their fees or risk being sacked from the school.
He pleaded with parent to also run to the aid of their children who are owing or await their withdrawal.
