The Management of the National Service Scheme (NSS) per this notice has informed all Service Persnnels to adhere to the following rules until they officially end their service.

Why is Submiting the form important?
The annual evaluation form helps in the monthly allocation of allowance of the National Service Personnel processed. The form also indicates or verifies how active they are at their work places throughout the month.

Service personnel are to note that, they are to remain at post from today 2nd August, 2022 till the end of service which is September 30, 2022.

Sign in with your Email and Password provided during NSS registration
After logging in, follow the following steps
Locate and download the Monthly Evaluation Form thus for the exact month you wish to submit.
