As an individual who has seen many years drift slowly into thick winds of no return, there so many things I’ve learnt from these years. Despite the triumph, overwhelming situations, small victories, the adversities and the many others you can think of, the one key thing that has secured my mental, physical and emotional wellbeing throughout this fatal but amusing journey of life. That key thing is GRATITUDE.

I grew hold on this key thing as my shield (aside God). Despite my background, my failures, my abilities and inabilities, the feeling of gratitude has given a contented spirit to keep on surfing and sailing no matter where I find myself.

Gratitude gave me the steadfastness to be contented, be grateful for the trees that bent for me, the ones the rose against me and the ones that roared in my favour and honestly, it really paid to make gratitude a part of my life.
